Modifications & Mechanics

Because 2b2u is a no-rules environment, all client-side modifications are permitted. We do not restrict your choice of software.

• World Generation: Uses a modified vanilla generator to maintain map integrity.
• Monsters: Reworked spawning logic to increase density near players.
• Player Spawning: Spawns occur within 2048 blocks of 0,0 for map variety.
• Anticheat: Generally open, but blocks harmful movement exploits.
• Item Duplication: There is currently an item frame dupe; duplication is allowed where possible.
• Maps: Generated with random, hidden IDs for privacy.
• PvP: Health and item status are hidden to prevent information retrieval.
• Nether & Void: Access to the roof and void areas is blocked with damage penalties.

Terms of Service

The server hosts the survival gamemode as provided by Mojang, an open-ended sandbox with no inherent rules regarding PvP or griefing. This enables a chaotic, harsh world.

However, this does not incite toxicity or harassment outside the game. All players must follow the Minecraft Usage Guidelines, Minecraft Community Standards, and Xbox Community Standards.

Gameplay & Community

• Disruption: Do not abuse exploits or bugs to cause server lag or disruption, lag machines will be World Edited out.

Punishments: Violations may result in temporary or permanent loss of chat privileges Reports: Send evidence to support@2b2u.net.

Server Issues & Reporting

This page is for tracking any current issues, bugs, or limitations on the server with the current version of 1.21.11. The list is updated as issues are confirmed or fixed.

• Nether Roof: Fixed. Those on the roof will be teleported to spawn.
• Chunk Loading: Delays are currently In Progress.
• Connection Issues: Possible connection issues for those outside NA & EU - Fixed.

To report a bug or issue, please email bugs@2b2u.net or create a submission on the 2b2t subreddit. Please be as detailed as possible. Before reporting, test if you can reproduce the issue with an unmodified 1.21.11 installation to ensure your client modifications are not the cause.

Useful Commands

• /kill - Kill yourself when stuck in a bad spawn location.
• /tpa <player> - Teleport to any player (requires acceptance).
• /deathmessagestoggle - Toggles the death messages.
• /sethome - Set your home.
• /home - Teleport to your home.
• /delhome - Delete your current home.
